Why it’s so easy to forget

Locking the door is so automatic that your brain doesn't store the memory. Ten minutes later you can't remember doing it, so you turn back or worry all day.

Set it up in under a minute

  1. Tap Add to Forgettable below, or open the app and choose Quick set-up.
  2. 🔒 Front door locked is already ticked. Add any others you like.
  3. Set Home once, with “Current location” or by typing your address. Every leaving reminder uses it.
  4. Tap Add and allow notifications and location “Always”.
  5. When you leave, you get “Leaving Home? Did you check: Front door locked”, even when the app is closed.
Tip: Tap “Check with photo” and snap the locked door. Next time you wonder, the photo is right there.
